Job Summary

Baanyan Software Services Inc. is looking for motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiters / Business Development Executives to join our US IT Staffing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, marketing IT consultants, building strong vendor/client relationships, identifying suitable job requirements, and contributing to revenue growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales platforms.

Market bench consultants with various work authorizations, including H1B, OPT, GC, and USC, to vendors, clients, and implementation partners.

Identify suitable job requirements and submit qualified consultants within required deadlines.

Coordinate with recruiters and consultants regarding availability, interviews, submissions, and onboarding.

Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, recruiters, and implementation partners.





Track and follow up on submissions, interviews, and placements.

Maintain a strong understanding of US work authorizations, including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.

Develop knowledge of US employment/tax terms, including W2, C2C, and 1099.

Work toward individual and team targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduation/Bachelor’s degree is required.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Ability and willingness to work in the US night shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Prior experience in US IT Staffing, Bench Sales, Recruitment, or Business Development is an advantage.
