Responsibilities and more:

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants to primary vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.




- Negotiate billing rates.
- Ensure successful deal closures.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end bench sales process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and open requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and placement targets.

Required Skills:
- 0–6 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing market.
- Proven hands-on experience in rate negotiation and deal closure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with primary vendors.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
