Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
- Use innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Conduct regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations.
- Monitor and track student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Encourage active participation and collaborative learning.
- Ensure student safety and well-being during school hours.

Student Development
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in student mentoring and counseling activities.

Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and training programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school activities.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and academic documentation.
- Participate in school events, examinations, and extracurricular activities.
- Support school initiatives and compliance requirements.

Subject-Specific RequirementsEnglish Teacher
- Strong command of English language and grammar.
- Ability to teach reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Experience in developing communication and language proficiency among students.





EVS Teacher
- Knowledge of Environmental Studies curriculum.
- Ability to connect concepts with real-life environmental and social issues.
- Conduct activity-based and experiential learning sessions.

Mathematics Teacher
- Strong conceptual understanding of mathematics.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and improve numerical skills.
- Experience in activity-based and problem-solving approaches.

SST Teacher
- Sound knowledge of History, Geography, Civics, and Economics.
- Ability to make learning engaging through projects and discussions.
- Promote awareness of social and cultural issues.

Science Teacher
- Strong understanding of scientific concepts and practical applications.
- Ability to conduct experiments and activity-based learning.
- Encourage inquiry-based and research-oriented learning.

QualificationsEssential
- D.Ed. / B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred
- 1-5 years of teaching experience in CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or equivalent curriculum.
- Knowledge of digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an added advantage.
