Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Advisor role based in Indore.

The Beauty

Advisor will welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Kimirica products across skincare, bath and body, and wellness categories.

Responsibilities include demonstrating product usage, explaining ingredients and benefits, and providing personalized self-care routines. The role involves supporting retail sales targets, managing product displays, maintaining a clean and engaging store environment,



and handling basic billing or checkout processes.

The Beauty

Advisor will also stay updated on new launches, participate in product trainings, and ensure that every customer receives a high-quality, brand-aligned experience.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to suggest appropriate routines and products.
- Solid product knowledge of beauty, skincare, and wellness items, including ingredients and benefits.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and delivering a premium in-store experience.
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling, cross-selling, and meeting individual or store-level targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain products clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed.
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS or billing systems are beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy is a plus.
