Iceberg Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager cum Team Leader to lead our business development team, manage day-to-day operations, and drive business growth in the IT industry.

We are looking for a Tamil-speaking professional with strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Conduct client meetings, software demos, and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with Software Development, Marketing, HR, and Project teams.
- Monitor team performance and ensure monthly business targets are achieved.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to the management.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions,



and business meetings.

✅ Requirements

- Tamil Speaker (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Team Leadership within an IT company.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Software Development, Mobile Applications, Websites, SaaS Products, AI Solutions, and Digital Marketing.
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
