Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our B2B Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic and international B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate business through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and convert B2B leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct inside sales activities through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Present company products and services effectively to prospective customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.




- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a rapid-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead-generation platforms is preferred.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
