Department: Front Office

Reporting To: Front Office Manager / Duty Manager

Job Summary The Bellboy is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing basic guest support, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with carrying and handling luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic hotel facilities and services.
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out as required.
- Handle guest luggage safely and maintain proper luggage records.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, taxis, and other local requirements.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, nearby attractions, restaurants, and local areas.
- Deliver messages, parcels, documents, and other items to guest rooms when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance of the lobby, entrance, and luggage area.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments.




- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Duty Manager.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Freshers can be considered.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of English and the local language is preferred.
