Job Summary

We are hiring Business Development Representatives to join our sales team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting provided customer leads, understanding their requirements, explaining company products/services, handling objections, following up with prospects, and converting interested leads into sales.

This is a target-oriented sales position suitable for candidates with prior sales, inside sales, BDE, calling, or business development experience.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company/client.
- Introduce and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested and potential customers.
- Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.





Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, calling, or a similar sales role.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, or other regional languages.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Candidates should be willing to attend the office occasionally if required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
