Join us as a Barista to deliver exceptional coffee and customer service while creating a welcoming café experience. You will be responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining coffee equipment, assisting customers with menu selections, and ensuring smooth daily café operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys interacting with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-quality curated coffee, matcha and beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
- Operate and maintain professional espresso machines and coffee grinders & linked machines.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive café experience.
- Engage with customers, recommend beverages, and handle feedback professionally.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Ensure adherence to Sabehub’s beverage recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor freshness and stock of coffee beans and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station, equipment, and café area.
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and report stock requirements.
- Support smooth daily café operations.
- Mentor junior baristas and provide guidance on beverage preparation and customer service.
- Assist in training recent staff on coffee preparation and café standards.
- Proactively contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Regularly test, refine,



and introduce current recipes/products to enhance the brand offering

Skills

- Advanced espresso preparation skills.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Certification in barista skills or coffee brewing (preferred).
- Experience in specialty coffee shops.
- Knowledge of inventory and café operations.
- Demonstrates agility and openness to learning new techniques, tools, and industry trends
- Willingness to continuously upskill and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in beverage preparation
