Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Supporting the Month end close activities and providing essential financial reporting. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with policies and accounting principles:

Accounts Receivable & Billing

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and investigated in a timely manner.
- Monitor cash movements, identify reconciling items, and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal stakeholders and banking partners.
- Record customer payments, deposits, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other cash receipts in NetSuite and related financial systems.
- Reconcile bank accounts with the general ledger and ensure the completeness and accuracy of cash balances reported in the financial statements.
- Analyze unreconciled transactions, stale-dated items,



and outstanding deposits, ensuring timely resolution and accurate financial reporting.
- Support month-end close activities by preparing bank reconciliation schedules, posting cash-related journal entries, maintaining supporting documentation, and ensuring reporting deadlines are met.
- Support cash management and treasury-related activities by providing accurate bank balance reporting and cash position analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or MBA.
- 5-8 years of experience working with US-based firms, with robust expertise in Bank Reconciliation and billing functions.
- Prior experience with outsourcing firms, CPA firms, or CFO/Accounting outsourcing organizations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, BILL.com, Divvy, Concur, and other accounting applications is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience handling multiple payment streams, reconciliations, and audit support activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
