Role Description The Bancassurance Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Thalassery, responsible for driving insurance business through HDFC bank branches. The role involves engaging with bank staff and customers to identify insurance needs, explain product features, and provide suitable solutions that align with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting customer meetings, preparing proposals, and following up on applications to ensure policy issuance and persistency.

The Specialist collaborates closely with branch teams to plan sales activities, conduct product trainings,



and participate in promotional campaigns. The position requires consistent reporting on sales performance, maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards, and delivering a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with bank staff and customers.
