Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Background Verification Executive to handle verification processes for US Healthcare professionals. The role involves reviewing candidate information, conducting employment and professional verifications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of background checks as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform background verification for US Healthcare candidates.
- Verify employment history, education, licenses, certifications, and professional references.
- Review and validate candidate documents and information.
- Coordinate with candidates, employers, institutions, and relevant agencies for verification.




- Maintain accurate verification records and update status in internal systems.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ensure verification requests are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in US Healthcare, Background Verification, BGV, or US Staffing is preferred.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM).
