About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mutual Fund Backend / Operations Executive to manage day-to-day backend processes, client documentation, transactions, and coordination with mutual fund platforms, AMCs, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle mutual fund transactions including purchase, redemption, SIP, STP and SWP
- Process and maintain client KYC, account and investment-related documentation
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTA platforms such as CAMS/KFintech, and other stakeholders
- Track transaction status and resolve discrepancies or pending cases
- Maintain accurate records of client portfolios, transactions and statements
- Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain daily/monthly transaction records
- Follow up on rejected, failed or pending transactions
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements




- Provide backend support to the sales/advisory team
- Handle client queries related to transactions, statements and account-related requests

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in mutual fund operations, financial services, banking or wealth management
- Positive understanding of mutual fund products and transaction processes
- Strong knowledge of Excel and basic MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
- Familiarity with CAMS, KFintech, BSE Star MF, NSE NMF or similar platforms is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
