Job Title: Backend Developer

The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. The role involves developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and database-driven applications while ensuring performance, security, reliability, and maintainability. The developer will work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Compensation: Compensation will be based on the candidate's technical expertise, relevant experience, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and microservices.
- Develop and enhance RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following development best practices.
- Work with databases and optimize queries for performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and secure data handling.
- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and appropriate error handling.
- Identify and resolve application performance and technical issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions.
- Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features, APIs, and services.
- Follow coding standards, version-control practices, and project development guidelines.

Preferred Skills

- 2+ years of qualified experience in backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of database optimization and query performance.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Git or other version-control systems.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a development team.
- Good communication and technical documentation skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant technical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
