We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage day-to-day client communication and support for our software solutions used by stock brokers, brokerage firms and financial-market businesses.
The role requires a customer-focused qualified who can understand client requirements, resolve basic software-related issues, coordinate with the technical team, and ensure that client queries are followed through to closure.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with business clients, working on software applications, maintaining support records, and handling multiple customer requests professionally.
Pay: ₹25,000.39 - ₹35,455.25 per month
