Role Description The Back Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The position involves handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks such as data entry, document management, policy file maintenance, and updating internal systems. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims documentation, as well as preparing reports and summaries for management review.

The Back Office

Executive will support compliance-related activities by ensuring accurate records, proper filing, and adherence to company procedures.



The role requires attention to detail, timely completion of tasks, and consistent communication with colleagues to maintain smooth back-office operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including data entry, record keeping, and document management.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication tools.
- Candidates should possess good numerical and analytical skills to handle policy details, premium calculations, and basic reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and prepare explicit documentation.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Relevant experience in insurance, finance, or back-office operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- A graduate degree in any discipline (such as Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields) is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
