Role Description The B2B Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential business clients, presenting emHealth solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The specialist will conduct service demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain strong relationships with corporates and other B2B clientele.





Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, providing training and support to client stakeholders, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also includes gathering market feedback, contributing to sales strategies, and representing emHealth at relevant meetings and events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse business clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive B2B growth, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard client teams, explain solution features, and support adoption and usage.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.
