About Position:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for managing the Elastic Stack platform, collecting and analyzing logs, creating Kibana dashboards, monitoring AWS environments, and implementing intelligent alerting solutions. The role focuses on improving system observability, reducing incident response time, and automating monitoring and ticketing workflows.

What You'll Do:

- Manage and maintain Elasticsearch clusters for log and endpoint data indexing, storage, and fast search capabilities.
- Build and enhance Kibana dashboards and visualizations to provide operational insights, system health monitoring, and trend analysis.
- Configure and support Fluent Bit / Beats agents for collecting and forwarding logs from servers, applications, and endpoints.
- Monitor and manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2 instances and CloudWatch, ensuring reliable log collection and platform performance.
- Design and implement alerting mechanisms using ElastAlert or Elastic Watcher, including:
- Threshold-based alerts
- Anomaly detection
- Alert deduplication
- Noise suppression
- Manage log storage and retention using Amazon S3, ensuring data availability and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize log ingestion, indexing performance, search efficiency, and platform scalability.
- Collaborate with operations, infrastructure, and application teams to improve observability and incident response capabilities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- The ideal candidate will help build a reliable monitoring ecosystem that provides end-to-end visibility into infrastructure and applications,



enabling proactive issue detection, faster troubleshooting, and improved operational efficiency.
- Work with Amazon Kinesis Firehose for real-time log ingestion and streaming.
- Configure Email/SMTP-based notification systems for alert delivery.
- Integrate monitoring and alerting solutions with Symphony Summit AI for:
- Automatic ticket creation
- Incident routing
- Closed-loop ticket resolution workflows.
