We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Architect with around 10–12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable DevOps platforms and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AWS/Azure Cloud, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, Kubernetes, scripting, cloud security, and AI/GenAI platforms .

The candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing DevOps solutions across client environments and supporting the deployment of Agentic AI platforms on AWS and Azure Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, deployment, and release automation.
- Implement smooth and reliable deployment processes across Development, QA, and Production environments .
- Integrate security, code quality, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate DevOps platforms with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, JIRA , and other ITSM/development platforms.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code and scripting tools.
- Design and implement scalable DevOps infrastructure across AWS and Azure Cloud environments.
- Implement and manage the Agentic AI Platform across different client environments on AWS and Azure.
- Support platform readiness for automated testing, performance optimization, scalability,



and reliability.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes .
- Work closely with development, testing, infrastructure, security, and AI/GenAI teams to deliver reliable solutions.
- Implement cloud security, networking, access control, and infrastructure best practices.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Automate repetitive operational activities using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Shell scripting, YAML, and JSON .
- Support ITSM processes, incident management, ticket management, and production support.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions within stringent timelines.
- Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Mandatory Skills

- 10–12 years of relevant experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Architect / Cloud DevOps Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud .
- Strong expertise in CI/CD automation using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes / Container Orchestration.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation.




- Hands-on experience with server administration and cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of networking, network security, and infrastructure components .
- Robust scripting experience in one or more of PowerShell, Bash, Python, Shell scripting, YAML, and JSON .
- Strong knowledge of Git / Version Control .
- Experience with AI / GenAI technologies and platforms .
- Exposure to GPT-4.1, LangGraph, Mistral 7B, LLMs, and Agentic AI development .
- Experience in implementing or supporting AI/GenAI platforms in cloud environments .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ITSM tools and ticket management processes .

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, EKS, CloudWatch, RDS, Lambda , etc.
- Experience with Azure services such as VMs, VNet, Storage, Azure DevOps, AKS, Azure Monitor, Key Vault , etc.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and ArangoDB .
- Experience with ActiveMQ / Artemis and Kafka .
- Knowledge of Keycloak and Identity Management protocols .
- Experience with Jenkins and Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation.
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI platforms, LLM applications, LangGraph, and Agentic AI .
- Exposure to AI-based infrastructure automation and platform engineering .
- Knowledge of cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience integrating platforms with ServiceNow, GitHub, and JIRA .
- Experience with automated testing and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite .
