Qualification: Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Must-Have Skills:

- Hands-on experience with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lake Formation, Athena, Lambda)
- Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and big data architecture
- Experience with ETL/ELT workflows and pipeline frameworks (Glue, Spark, AWS Data Pipeline)
- Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance in cloud environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AWS-based data architecture and scalable solutions




- Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines and workflows for large-scale data processing
- Create and optimize data lakes and data warehouses for performance and cost-efficiency
- Define and enforce data governance and security policies (IAM, encryption, cataloging)
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and best practices for continuous improvement
- Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and optimization across data platforms

Good to Have:
- AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty or AWS Solutions Architect Certification
- Experience in performance tuning for large-scale datasets
- Exposure to additional big data tools and frameworks (EMR, Kinesis, etc.)
- Familiarity with BI tools for reporting and analytics
