Position: AVP/VP – Purchase & Procurement

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end purchase and procurement operations.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Manage vendor identification, negotiation, contracts, and relationships.
- Ensure cost optimization, quality, and timely availability of materials.
- Lead the procurement team and improve processes and efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and processes.

Requirements

- 5 years of relevant experience in Purchase & Procurement.
- Candidates must be currently based in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR only.
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and negotiations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Management, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹475,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
