Assistant Vice President - Oracle Fusion Support - 12+ Years - Mumbai/Pune (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion professional ready to take ownership of mission-critical Finance Technology systems? We are looking for an Assistant Vice President Oracle Fusion Support to lead functional support, stakeholder engagement, and a high-performing support team.

Location: Mumbai | Hybrid 3 days Work from Office

Your Future Employer: Your future employer is a leading global savings, investments and financial services organization with a long-standing international presence. Its Corporate Finance Technology function works across enterprise ERP platforms, financial consolidation, regulatory reporting, and Data & BI platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Provide expert-level support across Oracle Finance Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Cash Management, Transaction Tax, Intercompany and BPM Approvals, while troubleshooting complex P2P and R2R issues and managing ServiceNow tickets within SLAs.

2. Evaluate business requirements, coordinate implementation lifecycles, support end-user training, and ensure adherence to audit and compliance principles.

3. Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Fusion-related queries, understand stakeholder requirements, manage expectations, and provide timely updates on issue resolution and changes.

4. Allocate and supervise team workloads, ensure timely ticket resolution, mentor junior analysts,



monitor SLA performance, and drive a collaborative high-performance culture.

5. Drive improvements in support processes, support Oracle Fusion upgrades and vendor service reviews, with exposure to BIP, OTBI, OIC and VBCS being an added advantage.

Requirements

1. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion, with in-depth knowledge of P2P and R2R processes and practical experience in Oracle Fusion configuration.

2. 12+ years of hands-on experience in Finance ERP application support, maintenance, or implementation.

3. Proven experience in team management, task allocation and performance supervision, with the ability to mentor and guide support professionals.

4. Experience in banking, insurance or financial services is preferred, along with strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

5. Bachelors degree in any discipline, preferably Finance or IT; a Master’s degree and Oracle P2P/R2R certifications are preferred, while CBAP, PMP or relevant Finance Functional certifications are a plus.
