Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution & Management Lead the end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects from client handover to site completion and sign-off.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Manage all site operations, monitor daily progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.

- Team & Vendor Coordination Build and manage relationships with reliable contractors, MEP consultants, and third-party service providers.

- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams (design, planning, procurement) and on-site stakeholders.

- Conduct regular site reviews and enforce accountability with contractors and vendors.

- Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary execution lead for client interactions during the delivery phase.

- Provide timely project updates, manage client expectations, and handle escalations proactively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in project/operations management in commercial interior fit-outs Background in turnkey execution for offices, coworking spaces, retail, or institutional clients Strong knowledge of in office execution, vendor management, and budgeting
