Job Purpose To manage and support airline engineering services and applications by ensuring seamless access, software distribution, data synchronization and integration between various OEM systems and airline operational platforms. The role focuses on maintaining system availability, coordinating with OEMs and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting technical issues, managing software and data updates, and ensuring efficient utilization of OEM digital solutions to support aircraft maintenance and operational activities.

- Configure, manage & maintain Windows Servers and Desktop/Laptop used for Aircraft maintenance activity.
- Managing OEM Application Version upgrades and OS upgrades.
- Support for Applications issues as per OEM SOP.
- Support for Business User as per OEM Solutions like Boeing e-Enabling, Airbus e-Ops, AMOS, Teledyne Controls and other engineering systems.

Key Accountabilities Administer and support Boeing e-Enabling applications (including MyBoeingFleet (MBF), Airplane Health Management (AHM), Toolbox Remote (TBR)) and other Boeing digital services.

- Administer and support Airbus e-Ops, AMOS, Teledyne Controls and other engineering systems.
- Manage user access provisioning, modifications and revocations in compliance with company policies and OEM requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal stakeholders for software releases, service bulletins, data package updates, and system enhancements.
- Monitor and maintain Boeing data interfaces, ensuring successful transmission, receipt, and synchronization of operational and maintenance data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to engineering applications, connectivity, data transfer and system integrations.
- Liaise with Engineering, Technical Publications, Maintenance, IT and OEMs support teams to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
- Track and manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets to ensure timely resolution and compliance with service levels.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of Engineering digital solutions across the fleet.
- Design, develop, and maintain tools and scripts for data processing, analysis, and
- visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose digital
- solutions, and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Manage the development and deployment of dashboards and reports to support
- decision-making.
- Ensure high-quality coding practices, documentation, and compliance with data
- security standards.
- Train and support engineering users on newly developed digital tools.

Skills/Qualities Required

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Boeing e-Enabling, Maintaining Boeing Digital Application, Airbus e-Ops. Teledyne Controls or similar aviation communication systems.
- Valuable understanding of Airline Operations and workflows.
- Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data models), Applications Management (UI), Basic Infra & Networking, Cloud Services, SQL (data querying, relational database concepts), Power BI (interactive dashboards and reporting), Python (scripting, data analysis, automation)
- Knowledge of cloud-based airline solutions and integration frameworks.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP or aviation-specific IT systems.
- Experience in Production Support, Vendor Coordination and Operational Incident Management.
- Strong Communication, Analytical, Problem-Solving and Stakeholder Management skills.
- Aviation Industry Knowledge

Educational and Experience Requirements

- Engineering / IT graduate (Aviation domain experience preferred).
- 5+ Years of experience in Boeing e-Enabling Systems (AHM, SDM, TBR, MBF Administrator), Airbus e-Ops. Teledyne Controls and other Airline Systems.
- Experience with Airlines Software OEMs in the field of Aircraft System Communications, Monitoring & Tracking and Maintenance related digital products.
