As an Automation Tester - Senior Associate, you will specialize in testing and quality assurance activities related to Automation QA applications, confirming they meet desired standards and perform as expected. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients,



delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

Responsibilities

- Conducting automation testing and quality assurance activities
- Implementing functional and regression testing methodologies to validate software performance
- Collaborating with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into testing strategies.
- Develops and executes automated regression test scripts for the Systematics conversion. Works within the test automation framework established by the onshore AI/automation specialists, maintains test data, logs defects, and participates in daily stand-ups with the offshore test lead.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
