Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance Selenium based automation frameworks using Java, aligned to QACoE standards
- Implement and maintain API automation solutions for REST services using Java based libraries
- Develop reusable automation components, utilities, and libraries for web and API testing
- Execute, debug, and maintain automated regression suites; analyze failures and improve script stability
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives
- Ensure adherence to automation best practices, coding standards, and framework governance
- Collaborate with functional QA, development, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery models
- Support test data preparation, defect analysis, and root cause identification related to automation failures

Required Skills & Experience





- 610 years of experience in test automation for enterprise applications
- Strong hands on expertise in Java and Selenium WebDriver
- Proven experience in API automation (REST services)
- Solid experience in automation framework design, customization, and maintenance
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts, automation design patterns, and test architecture
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools

Positive to Have

- Experience with BDD frameworks, automation reporting, and execution dashboards
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and automation execution at scale
- Ability to mentor junior engineers on automation best practices
- Experience working in large QA CoE or client facing environments
