About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with robust expertise in Playwright and Python. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation framework development, end-to-end testing, API automation, and CI/CD integration

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with Python. Create automated UI, API, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites. Implement parallel execution, cross-browser testing, CI/CD integration, test reporting, and quality engineering best practices.

Recent Playwright Experience (Mandatory)

Candidates must have recently worked on Playwright framework development, Locator API, Browser Contexts, Storage State, Trace Viewer, Screenshot and Video Capture, Auto Waiting, Web-First Assertions, Parallel Execution, Sharding, Network Interception and Mocking, Cross-Browser Testing, API Automation, and CI/CD pipeline integration.





Python Automation Requirements

Strong Python programming skills, Pytest framework experience, REST API automation, Async/Await concepts, data-driven automation, utility development, and automation framework enhancement.

Required Skills

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Playwright experience. Strong proficiency in Python, Git, CI/CD tools, API testing, debugging, automation framework creation, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience migrating Selenium frameworks to Playwright, Docker-based test execution, BrowserStack/LambdaTest exposure, SQL validation, and cloud testing environments.
