Job Responsibilities

- Handle automation projects from planning to commissioning.

- Work on PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS and control systems.

- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs and system integrators.

- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning and qualification activities.

- Troubleshoot automation and control system issues.

- Develop and modify PLC logic, HMI screens, alarms and interlocks.

- Support integration of recent equipment with existing automation systems.

- Maintain automation drawings, software backups and technical documents.

- Support GMP, GAMP 5, validation and data-integrity requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.

- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QA and other departments.





- Ensure automation projects are completed safely, on time and as per requirements.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical or related engineering discipline.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in automation, preferably in Pharma/API or process industries.

- Good knowledge of PLC/SCADA/DCS and industrial automation systems.

- Good troubleshooting and coordination skills.
