– QA Automation Lead We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in automation framework development and test strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Web, API, and Integration testing, along with CI/CD and modern AI-driven testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead QA automation strategy across Web, API, and Integration testing.
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
- Define test plans, test strategies, and ensure end-to-end test coverage.
- Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and E2E tests.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, manage defects, and coordinate with development teams.
- Track QA metrics and provide release readiness reports.
- Mentor QA engineers and conduct automation code reviews.
- Drive automation best practices and continuous process improvements.
- Adopt modern automation and AI-driven testing practices.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in QA automation and framework development.
- Hands-on experience in Web, API, and Integration testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation integration.
- Solid understanding of test strategy, planning, and QA methodologies.
- Experience with defect management and QA reporting.
- Good programming/scripting skills and Git experience.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Experience mentoring QA engineers.
- Exposure to AI-enabled testing tools is preferred.
