About the RoleAvillion Farms is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect – 2D AutoCAD to join our design and execution team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation for luxury farmhouses, villas, and premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare construction and working drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
- Understand architectural concepts and convert them into detailed technical drawings.
- Prepare drawings based on site measurements and project specifications.
- Make revisions and modifications based on client, architect, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with the design, site, and execution teams.
- Ensure drawings follow project standards, dimensions, scales, and specifications.
- Support the project team with documentation and drawing-related requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing files and revision records.
- Visit project sites when required to understand execution requirements.





Mandatory Technical Skills
- AutoCAD 2D – Strong proficiency
- Architectural working drawings
- Floor plans, elevations & sections
- Construction detailing
- Architectural documentation
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- Understanding of dimensions, levels, and Feet & Inches measurements
- Valuable knowledge of residential/villa architecture

Preferred Skills
- Experience with luxury villas, farmhouses, premium residences, or hospitality projects
- Knowledge of SketchUp is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of 3D visualization
- Knowledge of site execution and coordination
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings

Candidate Profile
- B.Arch qualification is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
- Candidates with immediate or short notice periods are preferred.
