Role Description The Audit Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading audit engagements from planning through completion. The person in this role will supervise audit teams, review working papers, assess internal controls, and ensure audits are conducted in accordance with applicable standards and firm methodologies. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial information, identifying risks and control weaknesses, preparing audit reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to clients.

The Audit

Manager will coordinate with clients to obtain necessary information, manage timelines and budgets,



and support partners in business development activities related to assurance services. The role also involves mentoring team members, providing technical guidance, and contributing to continuous improvement of audit processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Audits, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and derive meaningful insights from data.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent, with relevant post-qualification audit experience.
- Solid knowledge of auditing standards, accounting regulations, and applicable laws.
- Proficiency with audit tools and office productivity software (e.g., Excel, Word, audit management systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
