Role & responsibilities

- Conduct Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and Internal Audits primarily for MSME clients.

- Independently handle audit assignments from planning to completion.

- Lead and supervise the audit team and review their work.

- Analyse financial statements, books of accounts and internal controls.

- Identify discrepancies, audit risks and areas requiring management attention.

- Interact directly with clients and obtain necessary information/explanations.

- Prepare audit working papers, observations and reports.

- Ensure timely completion and quality of assignments

Preferred candidate profile

- CA Finalist Only CA Finalist Candidates Will Be Considered.

- Prior experience in Statutory Audit / Tax Audit mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing and Income Tax.

- Working knowledge of GST.

- Good command over Tally and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, communication and team-management skills.

- Should be able to work independently and take ownership of assignments.

- Should be willing to work at client locations when required.

- A practical, detail-oriented and inquisitive approach towards auditing is preferred.
