Location: Andheri – Marol, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a Statutory Audit Manager to join our audit team. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in statutory audit, preferably with exposure to listed companies, are preferred. CA Freshers with relevant articleship experience in statutory audit are also eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and manage statutory audits of companies, including listed companies.
- Plan and execute audit assignments in accordance with applicable SAs, Companies Act, 2013 and regulatory requirements.
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards / Ind AS.
- Handle audit documentation, working papers and audit reports.
- Perform substantive and analytical audit procedures and identify key audit risks.
- Review CARO requirements and assist in preparation of audit reports.




- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
- Supervise and guide junior team members during audit assignments.
- Communicate audit observations and findings to seniors/partners and clients.

Eligibility
- CA Qualified candidates with 1–3 years of statutory audit experience.
- CA Freshers can also apply if they have relevant statutory audit exposure during articleship.
- Experience in listed company audits will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Ind AS, SAs and Companies Act, 2013.
- Positive analytical, communication and team-management skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates having listed company audit experience are preferred; however, CA Freshers with strong statutory audit articleship experience are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
