- AudiologistKey Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and hearing evaluations.
- Perform PTA, Tympanometry, BERA/ASSR and other relevant diagnostic tests.
- Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss and treatment options.
- Conduct hearing aid trials, fitting, programming, verification and fine-tuning.
- Recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on patient needs.
- Drive hearing aid conversions while maintaining a patient-centric approach.
- Manage patient follow-ups and ensure excellent patient experience.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Coordinate with ENT doctors and other clinical professionals.
- Handle hearing aid troubleshooting and after-sales support.
- Contribute to clinic targets and overall performance.

Eligibility
- BASLP / MASLP or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in audiology, preferably in the hearing healthcare industry.
- Strong clinical and patient counselling skills.
- Good knowledge of hearing aid technologies and fitting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Speech TherapistKey Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments as applicable.




- Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
- Provide speech and language therapy to children and adults.
- Work with patients with speech, language, articulation, fluency and voice-related difficulties.
- Conduct regular assessments and track patient progress.
- Counsel patients and caregivers regarding therapy plans and home-based activities.
- Maintain accurate therapy records, progress reports and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with audiologists, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a positive, professional and patient-focused therapy experience.
- Participate in patient awareness and rehabilitation initiatives at the clinic.

Eligibility
- BASLP / MASLP or equivalent qualification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and therapy skills.
- Good patient and caregiver counselling abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic and professional approach.
