Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage subcontractor billing, client billing, bar bending schedule, quantity estimation, quantity analysis, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis for construction projects.
- Prepare detailed estimates based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and payments from clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) & Billing Engineering with a degree in B.Tech / B.E. Civil or equivalent qualification.
- Solid knowledge of Indian Standard Codes (ISC), International Standards Organization (ISO), Institute of Engineers (IE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
