We are hiring Asst. Manager / Manager for US Accounting

Job Location: Delhi Shalimar Bagh (No. Of Vacancies - 5 Nos.)

Gender: Male Only

Job Day: Mon to Fri Job Time: US Shift (08:00 PM to 05:00 AM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall financial accounting and reporting activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Supervise the bookkeeping function, including monitoring and reviewing the recording of financial transactions, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns (income tax, sales tax, property tax, etc.).




- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and proactively communicate and implement any necessary adjustments to the company's tax strategies and processes.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Perform financial analysis, identify areas for cost reduction or process improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com/M. Com/MBA-Finance/CA Inter
- 5 to 15 years of experience in US finance & accounts has robust basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
- Experience in US payroll / US tax / US bookkeeping will be an added advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable
