Key Responsibilities: Conduct valuation of real estate assets including commercial, residential, industrial, and land parcels. Prepare detailed financial models using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methodology along with other valuation approaches such as Comparable Sales and Income Capitalization methods.

Analyze financial statements, cash flows, lease structures, and market data to derive valuation assumptions and investment insights.

Prepare valuation reports, feasibility studies, market research reports, and client presentations.

Undertake market research, data analysis, and benchmarking of real estate trends across asset classes.





Support advisory assignments including highest & best use analysis and investment assessments.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders for data collection and project execution.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality benchmarks.

Assist in proposal preparation and business development initiatives for valuation and advisory mandates.
