About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh technology graduates to join our US IT Staffing team as Talent Scouts. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in talent acquisition and recruiting technology professionals for the US market.

As a Talent Scout, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and connecting top IT talent with exciting career opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our delivery teams and clients to support hiring initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify qualified IT professionals for US-based client requirements.
- Screen candidate profiles and evaluate their technical qualifications.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technology talent.
- Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and the US IT hiring landscape.





Eligibility Criteria: Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualifications:

- B.Tech / BE (Computer Science or related Technology discipline)
- MCA
- BCA
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technology-related field

Desired Skills:

- Good understanding of technology and core IT concepts.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- A genuine interest in building a career in US IT Staffing and Talent Acquisition.
- AI/ML certification or relevant exposure will be an added advantage.
