Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate – Senior Legal role based in Hyderabad. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and vetting a wide range of legal documents and agreements related to real estate, infrastructure, and corporate operations. The individual will handle legal issues arising from property transactions, project development, regulatory compliance, and contract management, while coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Daily responsibilities include legal research, risk analysis, advisory support on applicable laws and regulations,



and assistance in dispute resolution or litigation coordination when required. The role also requires maintaining accurate legal records, supporting policy and process improvements, and contributing to the development of legally sound business practices in line with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of Law, particularly in real estate, corporate, and regulatory frameworks relevant to construction and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, notices, and other legal instruments.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret statutes, assess legal risk, conduct thorough research, and provide clear, actionable legal advice.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, external counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
- Experience managing Legal Issues related to property transactions, compliance, disputes, and litigation support within a corporate or law firm environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or specialization in real estate or corporate law is an added advantage.
- Prior experience (for senior levels, significant years) in a legal role within real estate, infrastructure, or allied sectors preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented workplace, with strong ethical standards and sound judgment.
