Role Description The Associate Sales Consultant is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the end-to-end sales process for TickoraDesk’s customer support platform. This role involves qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and assisting in tailoring solutions that address customer support and workflow challenges.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and customer success teams, preparing proposals, responding to prospect inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.

The Associate Sales

Consultant will also help gather customer feedback,



support onboarding discussions, and reinforce customer satisfaction through clear communication and consultative guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to support high-quality interactions and long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to deliver clear presentations, demos, and written proposals.
- Basic understanding of SaaS or customer support platforms, with the ability to learn product features quickly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
