Responsible for accurate OP and IP billing as per approved tariffs, packages, and clinical documentation

Prepare, process, and submit insurance claims for cashless and reimbursement cases within TAT

Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, TPAs, and insurance companies for billing and authorization

Verify patient eligibility, policy coverage, pre-authorizations, exclusions, and approvals

Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies, insurance guidelines, and statutory requirements

Identify, correct, and prevent billing errors, discrepancies, and revenue leakages

Track claim status and follow up to ensure timely approval and settlement

Handle patient and attendant queries related to billing and insurance processes

Maintain accurate documentation, records,



and audit-ready files

Support revenue optimization while ensuring transparency and patient satisfaction Qualifications Education: Any Graduate Experience: Preferred experience of 1 year into Hospital OP/IP Billing and Insurance. Freshers with good communication skill can apply. Must have skills Passion for Excellence
