About Marketing and Corporate Communications (MCC)

Central to the TresVista ecosystem, the MCC works with stakeholders across the internal and external spectrum in building the cumulative TresVista brand experience. Strategizing concepts, developing collaterals across mediums, and coordinating across departmental specializations, makes the MCC a 360 role for holistic professional and personal growth.

The Opportunity An intensive growth-oriented role, the MCC Analyst is an entry-level position. As part of a learning and growing team, the individual will be building the TresVista brand across mediums and stakeholders. A two-year Analyst role, rapid-track on performance, will make the individual ready for managing semi-independent projects for strategizing, conceptualizing, developing, and executing projects & campaigns as they grow in the TresVista system.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create compelling content across social media, employer branding, leadership communications, corporate campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives

Develop content ideas, copywriting, scripts, captions, and platform-specific storytelling assets

Independently shoot and edit videos, including interviews, event coverage, reels, shorts,



and brand storytelling content

Leverage AI tools for content ideation, video creation, visual generation, editing, and production efficiency

Manage content calendars, identify emerging trends, and optimize content performance using analytics

Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify and amplify impactful stories

Prerequisites

Entrepreneurial, an attitude & aptitude for learning every day

Team orientation, ability to multi-task, analytical

Eye for detail

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Experience

5-7 years

Hands-on experience with content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and AI platforms including Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, Veo, or equivalent

Education

MBA in Marketing

Compensation The compensation structure is as per industry standards
