Job Overview mea is looking for an experienced Associate with expertise in the global P&C; Commercial & Specialty (re)insurance market, with specific expertise in London Market and the US. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge of Insurance and (re)Insurance.

Responsibilities

- Operate as an integral, (re)Insurance expert member, of the global client delivery team
- Provide deep industry knowledge and insights to the team.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for (re)insurance-related inquiries and issues within the operations team, supported by the wider client delivery team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in insurance/risk management or relevant field.
- Skilled certification in insurance field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in insurance.
- Open to working in rotational shifts (UK/US time zone).
