: 45 Days Mandatory Execution Assessment The 0-to-1 ground setup is done. Now, we are entering the scale phase. It’s about team building, consistency, and disciplined execution to drive growth.

I am looking for a Founder’s Associate a hardcore operator with high endurance, absolute accountability, and a builder-leader mindset who can execute structured systems day-in and day-out.

This is NOT a cushy desk job

. This is for someone who wants to lead execution, build teams, and drive revenue stability in an active startup.

What you will actually do:

- Execution & Scale (1-to-10): Take established processes, build consistent execution loops, and drive output without micro-management.
- Team Building & Delegation: Hire, align, and manage ground teams, SDRs, and operational staff.
- Revenue Stabilization: Lead hotel/vendor onboarding, manage high-value pitch calls,



and stabilize conversion pipelines.
- Operational Consistency: Coordinate vendors, streamline daily office/remote operations, and maintain execution momentum.
- Blocker Solving: Unstick complex operational issues calmly as we scale team size and volume.
- Community & Positioning: Drive local travel networks, partner relations, and market positioning.
