Roles & Responsibilities

- Interpret briefs and translate them into strong, original visual concepts across social, digital and marketing collateral.
- Create static, motion and video content, including social media creatives, campaign assets and scalable templates.
- Develop illustrations, typography, layouts, KV's and other brand assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Creative Leads, Copywriters and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Use Generative AI and emerging creative tools to explore, create and elevate visual concepts.
- Stay current with 2026 design trends, youth culture, fashion, internet culture and emerging aesthetics.
- Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and deliver polished, production-ready work within deadlines.

Skills

- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
- Proficiency in Canva and other digital design tools.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Higgsfield and Claude,



along with other emerging creative tools.
- Robust understanding of social-first, digital and motion design.
- Excellent eye for typography, colour, composition, aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of contemporary, youth-focused and fashion-forward visual language.
- Ability to balance trend awareness with a strong individual design point of view.
- Solid communication, collaboration and time-management skills.
- Ability to work quickly, take feedback and manage multiple briefs simultaneously.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic/visual design, preferably with a fashion, lifestyle, youth-focused brand or creative agency.
- Graduation / Diploma in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual craft, social/digital work, motion and creative experimentation.
