Role Description The Associate Director Quality is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for overseeing and improving quality standards across medical billing and revenue cycle operations. This role leads quality assurance teams, sets performance metrics, and ensures compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Daily responsibilities include reviewing process performance, analyzing quality reports, identifying root causes for errors, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Quality collaborates closely with operations, training, and technology teams to design and refine workflows, documentation, and controls that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
The role also involves mentoring team members, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and communicating quality insights and recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- Quality management and process improvement skills, including experience with quality frameworks, quality audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Operational excellence skills such as data analysis, performance measurement, and root cause analysis to drive measurable improvements.
- Leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams, coaching team members, and managing change.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present quality findings, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage client expectations.
- Domain knowledge in medical billing, healthcare revenue cycle management, or related healthcare operations.
- Experience in the DME/HME or broader healthcare services industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with quality and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, analytics platforms) and comfort working with metrics and KPIs.
- Proven ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and deliver consistent results.
