About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, curious, proactive, and adaptable individual who is enthusiastic about technology. This is a multi-functional role involving research, technology, business support, analysis, documentation, process improvement, and other assignments based on organizational requirements.

The ideal candidate should genuinely enjoy exploring and using AI and modern digital tools and be comfortable using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging technologies to research, analyse information, solve problems, and work more efficiently.

We value quick learning, common sense, logical thinking, initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to figure things out more than expertise in any one particular area.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on diverse topics related to business, technology, markets, products, competitors, processes, and other areas as required.
- Use online resources, databases, AI platforms, and other digital tools to gather, verify, analyse, and present relevant information.
- Explore and effectively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, and Perplexity for research, analysis, documentation, and productivity.
- Work on diverse assignments across different functions and projects as per business requirements.
- Analyse information and prepare reports, summaries, comparisons, proposals, and other business documents.
- Explore new technologies, software, platforms,



and tools and identify their potential applications within the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, streamline, or automate existing processes.
- Assist different teams with research, analysis, documentation, coordination, and technology-related requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them efficiently with minimum supervision.
- Handle multiple assignments and changing priorities while maintaining quality and timelines.
