Role Description The Associate Business Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will support business planning, monitor key performance metrics, and assist in executing growth initiatives across products and channels. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, operations, and data to drive projects, streamline processes, and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
The Associate Business
Manager will help prepare business reports and presentations, analyze user and revenue data,
and identify opportunities to improve product adoption and customer engagement. This role also involves supporting stakeholder communication, maintaining documentation of business strategies, and contributing to a data-driven decision-making culture.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business and financial data to support decision-making.
- Experience in business operations, project coordination, or business management within technology, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
- Solid communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, basic dashboards or BI tools) to track and report business performance.
- Understanding of credit, consumer finance, or digital lending concepts is an advantage, along with interest in AI-driven financial products.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and take ownership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; relevant internships or 1–3 years of experience are beneficial.
