Role Description The Associate Brand Solutions role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves working closely with brands and internal teams to develop, pitch, and execute integrated content and influencer marketing solutions that align with client objectives and Tamada Media’s regional audience.

Responsibilities include understanding client briefs, contributing to proposals and sales decks, coordinating with content, production, and influencer teams, and supporting the end-to-end delivery of campaigns.

The Associate Brand

Solutions professional will help track campaign performance, prepare basic reports, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires frequent collaboration across functions and a proactive approach to identifying brand partnership opportunities in the regional digital content ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills,



including clear verbal and written communication.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess supporting pitches, identifying opportunities, and contributing to revenue-focused initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including a basic understanding of digital media, branded content, and influencer marketing.
- Relevant additional qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience or internships in media, advertising, or brand solutions will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Maintain reports
- Support campaign/project execution
- Follow up on tasks and timelines
- Handle documentation/Invoicing and data management.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Team player with problem-solving skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- A very basic understanding of the creator ecosystem. Not mandatory but a welcomed skill.
- Understanding Telugu is a must.
