About us We build and grow D2C shapewear brands. Shaper Peach (women) and Shapermen (men) are two quick-growing brands under Adnot Media, sold primarily online. We're looking for a hands-on doer to help run how both brands look, sound, and feel across every customer touchpoint — from the ads people see to the box that lands at their door.

The role in one line This is an execution-first role. You'll work closely with the founder and you will be responsible for posting, briefing designers, coordinating shoots and agencies, reading customer feedback, and keeping both brands consistent and alive. You bring energy, taste, and speed.

What you'll do 1. Social media & content

- Run the content calendar and daily posting across Instagram and other channels for both brands
- Turn briefs into scroll-stopping posts, stories, and reels; stay on top of trends

2. Work with designers
- Write clear briefs for graphic designers and manage the back-and-forth to final assets
- Keep both brands visually consistent and on-identity

3. Website
- Help keep the storefront on-brand — copy, banners, product-page messaging, seasonal refreshes
- Flag anything that reads off-brand or confusing to a customer

4. Packaging
- Coordinate the packaging and unboxing experience for both brands with the founder and vendors

5. PR & reputation (coordination)
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for third-party PR / reputation agencies
- Track deliverables and keep things moving

6. Customer feedback
- Read reviews, ratings, returns, and social comments; summarize what customers are saying and why




- Surface recurring issues and ideas to the founder

7. Shoots & assets
- Help plan and run photoshoots and model shoots — references, shot lists, casting coordination, logistics
- Organize and maintain the brand product asset library

8. Community & engagement
- Reply to comments and DMs, engage genuinely with people, and help build community around both brands
- Turn buyers into repeat customers and fans

9. Brand awareness content
- Execute content and small campaigns that build recognition for Shaper Peach and Shapermen

What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in brand / social / content / communications at a D2C or consumer brand (shapewear, apparel, beauty, personal care, or similar a plus)
- Good taste — you can tell when something is on-brand vs off, and you care about the details
- Sharp writing — you can write and adapt copy across two different brand personalities
- Organized and fast — you juggle posts, briefs, shoots, and agencies without dropping balls
- Hands-on and hungry — you want to make things, not just plan them, and you thrive in a fast startup
- Coordinator instinct — comfortable herding designers, agencies, and vendors to get work shipped

Nice to have
- Experience helping run photoshoots / model shoots
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Basic design/editing chops (Canva, CapCut, or similar) to move fast on simple assets
